Jens Faulhaber
Jens began his public accounting career more than 20 years ago, focusing on international tax and accounting for corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held businesses. Early in his career, he served as a Senior Accountant at Augustin Partners, a boutique international tax firm in New York City, where he handled SEC financial reporting, corporate and partnership tax filings, international tax compliance, and technical tax research.
Building on this foundation, Jens developed extensive expertise advising U.S. inbound investors and internationally active businesses—particularly from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Belgium—on complex cross-border tax planning and compliance. His work spans U.S. tax structuring, ongoing reporting, and strategic international tax planning for multinational groups and private clients.
In 2010, Jens co-founded U.S. Steuerberatung LLC and later FlatterySalomon LLC. Over the years, both firms have expanded through strong client relationships, specialized international knowledge, and trusted partnerships with the German-American, Swiss-American, and Belgian-American business communities.
